As part of a re-platform of the PostTag website, PostTag needed to replace and update their online presence, we used this as an opportunity to improve a noticeably modern structure which captured the simplicity of the PostTag business model.
To simplify the business in order to illustrate the benefits of using the PostTag system, which in turn increase delivery numbers whilst develop a method to dispatch parcels more efficiently.
My research methods included direct interviews with both customers and company directors, as well as market analysis, which resulted in a successful series of high fidelity mockups which conveyed all learning.
We developed a lo-fi clickable prototype to assist customer conversations and also provide usability insights. This was then moved to High Fidelity prototypes which included additional UI elements.
Seek critical feedback early before moving onto the next stage. Create a more concise and primary communication method between us and the client. Also, I should utilise customer feedback early in order to understand pain points as oppose to create designs and then get user feedback which ultimately increased the time frame for the project.
